Mid Week Update!

This week at Camp Lookout, along with our main younger elementary group of campers we also have a few specialty camps including our Outdoor High Adventure Campers or OHA as we like to say. We also have some horseback campers along with some Junior Staff Campers training with us to volunteer later in the summer!
Our Elementary campers have had a great time with their activities whether it be horse back riding, zip lining, creek walks, or many more options! The rain hasn't gotten them down either! Along with their days filled with activities  they also have Bible study with their small groups every afternoon along with some large Group Chapel time with our minister in residence for the week. Last night they were even able to participate in a carnival, this afternoon they have a luau at the pool to look forward to and a camp fire complete with s'mores and camp songs tonight-stay tuned for pictures tomorrow!
OHA spent the last night camping at the river and are now relaxing back at camp with some pool time and will be going night caving this evening! Our Volunteer Training campers spent most of their morning learning CPR and First Aid and they have been a great help on activities this afternoon!
We are really looking forward to our last full day of camp tomorrow with ALL our different campers, but will be sad to see them go on Friday!
Day Camp Adventure
We also have another wonderful group of day campers back with us again this week! They are also participating in Bible Study with one another just like our other camps this week. They've had several adventures this week including trying out the low ropes and bouldering wall, a creek walk, and they even got to visit the horses at the barn! We are very excited to have them back with us again tomorrow for some more fun and fellowship!
