Capital Campaign

More than a week, A lifetime!

For over fifty years Camp Lookout has changed lives. In 1952, the Chattanooga District of the United Methodist Church purchased 252 acres on Lookout Mountain as the site for its camps and youth events. In 1960, Lookout Lodge was opened and the first full camping season was held. In 1969, the Cleveland District became an ownership partner of the property with the Chattanooga District. Through the years, Camp Lookout has ministered to many thousands of persons. Many have found or renewed their faith in Christ, while others have made decisions to enter the Christian ministry.
