Jake - Resource Staff
Jake just graduated the University of Tennessee with a Bachelors of Science in Biosystems Engineering. He has worked at camp for 6 summers. He loves rock climbing and biking
Sb - resource director
SB is returning for her 5th year of camp and is super pumped for her best year yet! She loves volleyball, baby goats, corny puns, and just about anything to do with being outside. If she could have any super power, it would be the ability to talk to animals. She goes to Berry College where she is studying religion, psychology, and Spanish and hopes to work in outdoor rec ministry or international missions.
pugsley - Head of counselors
Catherine, "Pugsley," is a junior at the University of West Georgia. She is pursuing a degree in special education. She has been a part of the camp experience for many years.
David- head of counselors
David is a 4 year camp staff who is passionate about Camp Lookout. He is continuing a career in youth ministry and is sharing the love of youth with every kid that sames to camp this summer!
John - support staff director
John is returning for his second year at camp look. He looks forward most to continuing to serve in gods ministry . He is a graduate of East Tennessee State University in human services , and is currently looking into graduate school opportunities . John is a lover of history , nature, and the simplicity of a good book on a beautiful afternoon in the mountains.
Chase - heath director
Chase is a Criminal Justice and Psychology major, and also runs cross country at Maryville College. He loves creek walks, mountain biking, and campfires here at Camp Lookout. You can normally find him in the camp infirmary, so never be afraid to come and say hi!
Jennifer - day camp director
Jennifer Reed is a recent graduate from Tennessee Wesleyan University. She will be continuing for her Master's degree in social work at Southern Adventist University. Jennifer has a love for God, creation, children, and camp. Her favorite activity is crafts! She is looking forward to being this Summer's Day Camp Director!
sarah w. - day camp counselor
Sarah is currently a student at Maryville College and a member of Mile Straight Baptist Church. She loves working outdoors and being around children
mac - outpost director
This will be Mac's 6th Summer working at camp. He is super excited to see all the new face as well as the old ones. He loves to kayak and the high ropes course
Scott - out post staff
Scott is a Parks & Recreation major at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. Scott enjoys outdoor adventure and is looking forward to an amazing Summer at Camp Lookout. Scott hopes to graduate in May of 2008.
david h. - outpost staff
David has always loved being outside in God's creation, and enjoys sharing His creation with the youth of our society. David is married to his wife Ivy, with one dog, Roxy, and cat, Lucky.
jason - resource
Jason is a Senior at UTC studying outdoor recreation. He enjoys dark chocolate, fine cheeses, and long walks on the beach. This is his second summer at camp, and couldn’t be more excited to spend it outside talking about Jesus.

Mike is starting his third summer at camp, but his first as a member of the resource staff. mike graduated from Davidson Collage in May, and was a 4 year member of the wrestling team. He is looking forward to another fantastic summer at Camp Lookout.

Cameron attends Tennessee Wesleyan University. He loves the outdoors!
anne - horseback director
Anne has been riding horses for almost 20 years. She fell in love with them at a young age. There are many aspects of riding and horse care she loves sharing with those of the same passion. The good Lord blessde her with many opportunities to teach young children all about them. Anne is very excited to be joining the staff of Camp Lookout this year!
neely - horseback assistant
Neely is an avid lover of all things camp. Since her days as a camper and her first summer as staff, she has only fallen more in love with camp and everything it has to offer. In her free time you can find Neely on the TN river at rowing practice or spending time with friends and family. As a lover of hrses, Neely is thrilled to be working at the barn this Summer and cannot wait for another summer filled with friends and fun.
sophie - aquatics/craft director
Sophie is an avid camp lover and wants to give her all to Camp Lookout this Summer. She's a rising Junior at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville pursuing a career as a recreational therapist. Sophie is the "aqua-fts" director this year so you can find her at the pool OR at the craft hut! Come say hi!

Andy is an environmental science major who loves the outdoors. He is very excited about camp and can't wait to see you this Summer!

The inner machinations of Daniel's mind are but an enigma…However, he is very excited about returning to Camp Lookout!
tanner - counselor
Tanner is excited to be a member of the staff at Camp Lookout. He is a Certified American Red Cross Lifeguard, Water Safety instructor, and lifeguard instructor. He is excited to be here this summer and spread the Word of God in a beautiful outdoor setting.
spencer - counselor
Spencer has been working with kids for the last two and half years. Spencer love the outdoors was a camper a long time ago and is glad to be back .
dalton - counselor
My name is Dalton Croft. I am a Senior at Tennessee Wesleyan University studying mathematics and secondary education. I am an active member of Wildwood Baptist Church in Englewood, TN. I run the sound system in the choir, help with Awana, and am participating in the college evangelistic group. My dream is to train all over the world and become a great chef.
robert - counselor
Robert is a Junior at Tusculum College. He is majoring in Field Guide/Naturalist Studies and wants to use his degree to become a park ranger or game warden. This is his second Summer working at camp and he loves working with the kids.
jemell - counselor
Jemell attended Camp Lookout as a young boy with his four brothers. He graduated from Red Bank High School in 2014 and currently attends Chattanooga State. Jemell is studying to become a music educator. He loves to sing!
jessica - counselor
Jessica is a rising Junior in college from Rocky Mount, VA. She loves spending time in the outdoors with her dog. She is extremely excited for her second summer working at Camp Lookout!
jane - counselor
Jane is a music education major at Tennessee Tech University. This is her second summer working at Camp Lookout. Her favorite camp activities are archery, creek walk, zipline, and flat time!
kenzie - counselor
Kenzie Freeman is a rising Junior in college. She is majoring in Psychology and plans to be a counselor at a small Christian college. She enjoys the outdoors, her dog, and cookie dough. Her favorite book of the Bible is the Gospel of John.
alyx - counselor
Alyx has been a part of Camp Lookout for many years, first as a camper growing up, and now as a staff. She has grown up in Chattanooga, Tn and is now in the process of moving to Lake Mary, Fl. Alyx is a college freshman and is eager to begin her career in special education and theater. She cherishes her Summers spent at Camp Lookout as a camper and is very excited to see what the Lord has in store for her and the campers this Summer!
maddie - counselor
Maddie was called into ministry at a young age and has done her best to follow that call. She loves working at camps for the Summer and has done so since she was 15. She has completed her second year at Tennessee Wesleyan University and is pursuing Children's Ministry with a minor in Music.
kaylan - counselor
Kaylan Waller is currently a student at Tennessee Wesleyan that is majoring in communications and minoring in Journalism. Kaylan wishes to carry out her career as a field reporter or news anchor. She also is a member of TWU track and field team, and loves adventures and staying active!

Sarah is a rising college freshman and plans to pursure a degree in Immunology at the University of Alabama at birmingham . She is excited for her secound year at Camp Lookout as support Staff and loves spending time with the campers out in God's green Earth.
Jojo - support staff
Joanna Brown, or Jojo as she prefers, is so so excited to be a returning staff this year. In fact, 2017 is the ten year anniversary of her first summer at camp in 2007. She's been spending her summers at camp ever since. In her free time, she likes playing with her dogs and rapping.
Wynter - support staff
Wynter is a lover of all things camp. Some of her favorite things at camp include: sockos, morning vespers, and flat time. She loves to be outside glorifying God in the world he created. Some other things she enjoys are her dog, hanging out with friends, and spending time with family. She is very excited to be at camp for another summer as support staff and especially excited to have another summer at camp as a bridge between high school and college.
libby - support staff
Libby is a student at Sequatchie Co. High School where she participates in track, cross country, and the climbing club. She loves fun outdoor activities like hiking, zip-lining, and climbing trees.
sydney - support staff
This Summer is Sydney's first time working at camp. Sydney is most looking forward to hanging out on the high ropes course and eating fantastic camp food. When she's not at camp, Sydney spends her time participating in mock trial. She loves getting to know campers and can't wait to spend her summer growing closer to God in his creation.
nate - support staff
Nathan was a camper for 5 years and volunteer for one year. He lives in Charlotte, NC and always enjoys traveling out to Camp for the Summer.
noland - support staff
Noland is more than happy to help or answer any questions any camper or parent has. Noland feels that he is here to make your kid's camp experience better and more memorable. He can help your kids with any struggles and will always ask your kids how his or her day has been.
