This is the perfect first-time overnight camp adventure! Campers get a taste of what it's like to be away from home and in the camp community.

Rising Grades 3-4

Young Adventures Camp

​Young Adventures Camp is an exciting camp experience that is new this summer. It will be a combination of our 3rd-4th and 5th-6th grade weeks with thrilling adventures and new programing mixed in to make it truly a wonderful week at camp.

Elementary Mini Camp | $320.00

This is a shorter version of our Young Adventures Camp with 3 days instead of 5 -- and it starts on a Sunday! This camp will include the the intimacy of small-group communities along with high-energy activities each evening with the full group.

Week 5 (June 29 - July 1)

Younger Elementary Camp

These sessions are for campers ready to be away from home for a full week. This first full-week camp experience nurtures your 3rd and 4th grade child while encouraging curiosity in God's creation around them.

​Horseback Sampler

Horseback camps at Camp Lookout are a great way to experience horseback riding for the first time or to refine your current skills. The sampler program includes two 3-hour sessions at the barn.

Young Adventures Camp

Kayak Campers will enjoy a one-day outing at the beautiful Hiwassee River (lower section) to work on basic skills. No previous experience is necessary to attend, and all equipment is provided.

Week 6 (July 7-11)

Older Elementary Camp
$625.00

Camp Lookout is a wonderful place for campers to try new activities and adventures, meet new friends, and experience the love of Christ in the glory of God's creation. Older Elementary Camp is specifically designed for 5th and 6th graders, with activities planned to provide the best experience possible for your camper's age group.

Junior High Camp

These sessions are some of our most exciting and action-packed days at Camp Lookout. Choose from almost all of our available activities to create your own camp experience. Take on adventures that build self-confidence, create community, and encourage creativity and the spirit of adventure.

Week 3 (June 16-20)

​Horseback 2

Horseback camps at Camp Lookout are a great way to experience horseback riding for the first time or to refine your current skills. Horseback 1 includes three 3-hour sessions at the barn. Campers spend time on the trail as well as the arena.

​Junior High Service Week
$675.00

This is a great opportunity for Junior High Youth groups looking for a rewarding week of mission work, bonding, and recreation. Registration is limited to groups and must be completed by youth leaders. Please contact the Camp Lookout office (706-820-1163) for more information and to register.

​Kayak  2 | $625.00

Kayak Campers will enjoy a one-day outing at the beautiful Hiwassee River (lower section) to work on basic skills. No previous experience is necessary to attend, and all equipment is provided. Campers will use spray skirts on their boats and will be introduced to rolling a kayak.

Week 3 (June 16-20)

Junior High Mini OHA

The Outdoor High Adventure (OHA) experience provides a unique opportunity to push the limits on adventure. This camp is designed to give you a taste as a 7th-9th grade student what to expect during the High School OHA Camp. High ropes course, night zip-lining, cave explorations, mountain biking, day hikes, whitewater paddling, climbing wall, and rappelling are all possibilities during this adventure camp.

Week 5 (June 29 - July 1)

Rising Grades 10-12

This camping session is designed for riders who have completed at least one previous year of horseback camp or equivalent experience, and includes 3 sessions of working with horses (3 hours each)

Week 3 (June 16-20)

Volunteer Training Camp $625.00

This camp session will allow participants to experience being a camper and staff member in the same week. After completion, campers will have the opportunity to volunteer additional weeks during the summer.

Week 1 (June 2-6)

Outdoor High Adventure
$625.00

The Outdoor High Adventure (OHA) experience provides a unique opportunity to push the limits on adventure. High ropes course, night zip-lining, cave explorations, mountain biking, day hikes, whitewater paddling, climbing wall, and rappelling are all possibilities during this adventure camp.

Week 4 (June 23-27)
Week 6 (July 7-11)

Celebration Camp (ages 15-adult)

$575.00

This camp session is designed to offer youth (minimum age 15) and adults with different developmental needs an outdoor living experience in a God-centered community through worship, adventure, and play.
  • 5 days and 4 nights of camp fun and excitement
  • Check-In 1:30 pm Monday, Check-Out 10:00 am Friday
  • Must be ambulatory and able to care for own personal and restroom needs
  • Optional activities could include: swimming, dancing, crafting, archery, low ropes course, lake paddling, guitar, creek walk, games, climbing walls, zip-lines, sling shot, high ropes, fishing, and spending time with the horses at the Camp Lookout barn
  • Nightly parties and events, including a carnival, dance, and talent show
