Kayak 2 Camp

Experience the thrill of kayaking while discovering the beauty of God’s creation at Camp Lookout’s Kayak Camp! This adventure-packed program is perfect for campers eager to learn new skills and build confidence on the water.

What to Expect:
🚣 Skill Progression: Start in the pool to learn safety techniques and paddle skills, then advance to the lake and finally the Hiwassee River (lower section) for an unforgettable one-day outing.
🚣 Hands-On Training: Campers will use spray skirts and get an introduction to rolling a kayak.
🚣 No Experience Needed: Beginners welcome! Our certified and experienced instructors will guide campers every step of the way.
🚣 All Equipment Provided: Just bring your adventurous spirit!

Horseback 2 Camp

Experience the joy of horseback riding at Camp Lookout! Whether you’re a first-time rider or looking to refine your skills, our Horseback Camp offers the perfect environment to learn, grow, and connect with these magnificent animals.

What to Expect:
🐴 Hands-On Learning: Campers will gain experience in rider and horse safety, tack and barn care, and essential riding skills.
🐴 Arena & Trail Riding: Enjoy a mix of arena lessons to build confidence and trail rides to experience the beauty of camp from horseback.
🐴 Expert Instruction: All lessons take place on camp property with a certified instructor guiding campers every step of the way.
🐴 Faith & Fun: Campers will participate in Bible study, worship, and exciting nighttime events to build friendships and grow spiritually.

Junior High Mini OHA

Ready for an adventure-filled experience designed specifically for 7th-9th graders? Junior High: Mini Outdoor High Adventure (OHA) is the perfect opportunity to face new challenges, explore the great outdoors, and build confidence in a fun, faith-filled setting.

This camp session offers 3 days and 2 nights of high-adventure activities and exciting experiences, starting on Sunday with a 2:00 p.m. check-in time and ending on Tuesday with a 2:00 p.m. closing celebration.

​This camp gives you a taste of what’s to come in our High School Outdoor High Adventure Camp, with unique, high-energy experiences you won’t find anywhere else!

Looking for an unforgettable experience for your youth group? Join us for an exciting week of mission work, bonding, and recreation at Camp Lookout! Our mission week offers an incredible opportunity for youth groups to engage in meaningful service, grow spiritually, and make lasting memories.

Program Highlights:

• 5 Days and 4 Nights of Service and Fun: A well-balanced combination of impactful service projects and exciting camp activities.
• Strengthen your faith with daily Bible study sessions and vibrant worship experiences, designed to inspire and encourage.
• Service Projects (9 a.m. - 2 p.m.): Your group will dedicate three full days to important mission work, making a difference in the local community.
• Each night, we come together for group singing, hear from inspiring guest speakers, and enjoy uplifting worship.
• All Supplies Provided: No need to worry about equipment—Camp Lookout provides all necessary tools, materials, and project needs.
• Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and registration is open to groups only.
• Registrations will be completed by parents this year (unlike by youth leaders, as in past years). Parents will need to contact their church's youth leader for instruction on how to register.

This mission week is a perfect blend of service, fellowship, and fun, making it an ideal opportunity for your group to serve, grow, and build lasting friendships.
