Camp Lookout is located in Northwest Georgia on top of Lookout Mountain (about 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, TN). The camp's 200+ acres includes a campus with nice cabins (central heat and air, carpet, and bunk-beds), 150 person capacity dining hall, magnificent views from the beautiful Emmaus Chapel (holds 150+), outdoor worship areas, group fire circles, small lake, and cold mountain stream (Rock Creek).
Nearby attractions include: Cloudland Canyon State Park, Chickamauga Battle Field, Tennessee Aquarium, Point Park, Ruby Falls, Rock City, Lookout Mountain Incline, and many other historical, cultural, and outdoor adventure opportunities.
Camp Lookout is a ministry of the Hiwassee & Scenic South Districts of the Holston Conference of the United Methodist Church. It is one of five camps serving the Holston Conference.
