Booking Process

Reservations can be made by calling Camp Lookout at 706-820-1163 or emailing [email protected]. After a reservation is made, you will be sent a confirmation packet, including a guest contract. You will have two weeks from receiving the group contract to sign it and return it with the required deposit. Deposits are considered part of your final payment and will be deducted from the total amount due on your final invoice.
You will also receive a copy of our Guest Group Policies. Your signed contract acknowledges that you have read, understood, and are willing to follow and enforce our stated policies with your group. Many special dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, lactose-intolerant, and gluten-free diets, can be accommodated if we're informed of them two weeks in advance. Contact us about any dietary restrictions, including allergies, to discuss your needs. |

Insurance
All groups booking a reservation at Camp Lookout must provide a copy of their group's certificate of liability, showing coverage for their group and listing both Camp Lookout and Holston Conference as additional insured parties. Insurance documentation must be submitted to the camp at least one week before arrival for a retreat to avoid an additional charge of between $115 and $265 (depending on activities requested).
