Thursday morning we woke up and got ready for another full day of fun. Once again we had people running everywhere! Some were caving, some were playing in the pool, some were in the trees on the ropes course, and some of the "big kids" were on the river again! After a lovely lunch of chicken tenders, mac and cheese, and peas, we had our last flat time. We then had our last full activity at camp, which was just as fun as the others. After the infamous Camp Lookout Taco Night, we worked on our group presentations and then presented them.
We ended the night with Holy Communion and a chance to respond to God's call. Some of us made first time commitments, and some of us made rededications. Some of us also got to say that we already did that or we just weren't ready.
After communion we had a snack of apples and then headed to bed. This morning we had French Toast sticks and sausage for breakfast. This morning we got to pick our activities and then did a group activity in the chapel before a hot dog lunch and then heading back to our cabins to pack.
Our closing ceremony was, as always, a mix of happy and sad times. We were excited to see our families, but also sad to leave our new friends. But we do know one thing, We will for sure be back next year!
